1. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Closely manage all delivery activities and act as the escalation point for all development issues specific to projects

  • Provide overall development project leadership and direct development teams in the delivery of high-quality products within committed timeframes

  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Ensuring resource availability and allocation

  • Develop, monitor and track project plans, making changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project cost using appropriate verification techniques

  • Work with development leads to define code drops and co-ordinate the alignment of code drop dependencies

  • Ensure complete understanding of the development estimate and project scope – lead development team to deliver on-time, within scope and within budget

  • Co-ordinate with the development team and third parties/vendors to ensure the right teams are working on the right build components at the right time, with clear expectations of milestones and goals

  • 2. Skills/ competencies required

    • Proven working experience in project management in information technology sector

    • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in CRM software development

    • Understanding of different delivery and project management methodologies including Agile, Prince2, ITIL, Waterfall, KANBAN, TOGAF.

    • Excellent project documentation skills

    • Excellent leadership and people management skills

    • Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills

    • 3. Required personal characteristics:

      • Self sufficient

      • Flexible—ready to adapt to the changing needs of the business

      • 4. Remuneration & Performance:

        • Base salary; competitive

        • Success-based remuneration

        • Individual targets to be set within first month of employment, with bi-annual performance review
