Sometimes there just isn’t anyone around in store to help. It’s very busy and all in- store staff are attending to other customers. If only a customer could find out more about this product, they might just buy it. Mobilize enable a customer to browse information about a product in store through texting a key word to a specific number; they are then sent a link to an information page specific to that product.
