Enabling a customer to gain more information about a product, and increase purchase likelihood, through immediate access to online information systems through mobile technology.

Sometimes there just isn’t anyone around in store to help. It’s very busy and all in- store staff are attending to other customers. If only a customer could find out more about this product, they might just buy it.
