Implementation and Training

The implementation stage is when things get exciting, and the solution is integrated into your business. Over the last six years, Mobilize has successfully implemented some of the most sophisticated Mobile Marketing programmes in Europe. These award winning implementations have increased overall revenue and increased customer satisfaction for organisations such as Jacksons as well as 23,000 convenience stores in the UK.

Mobilize has developed a specialist implementation methodology and every implementation is overseen by experienced accredited project managers to ensure our clients’ objectives are met. Our experience and third party relationships mean that a pilot programme can be set up quickly and easily.

In addition to our third party relationships Mobilize have a series of campaign management and call centre software tools, as well a reporting suite that enable our clients to manage and report on the effectiveness of campaigns and refine future  campaigns.

Our project managers work in tandem with our team of software consultants as well as other third parties such as design agencies to provide a joined up delivery team.

Full onsite “train the trainer” or end user training is provided, supported by fully documented workbooks and help guides.

Mobilize provide an ongoing support service that not only maintains the technology infrastructure, but also supports the ongoing development of our client’s campaigns including set-up, execution, data capture, storage, reporting and lost customer ID’s.

The infrastructure can be implemented behind any retailer firewall if desired.
